SERVICES & ALLIED SERVICES
Immunisations
Infant immunisations are provided and recorded with the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register.
Pathology and X-Ray.
Most pathology services are performed on the premises including E.C.G. and Spirometry. Blood tests will be done by the pathologist between 9am and 7pm weekdays. X-Ray facilities are available close by. Test results will not be given over the phone for confidentiality reasons.
Womens Health
The Clinic offers a range of womens health services such as Contraception advice, Breast examinations and Pap smears.
Home Visits
In circumstances where a patient is unable to attend the surgery, please contact us on Heaths Rd, Werribee on 9748 4188 to arrange a home visit or Sayers Rd, Hoppers Crossing on 9748 5088.
Reminder Service
This clinic offers a reminder service to our patients when certain health checks are due. Reminder notification will be given, either by mail or telephone when the next health check is due. Our practice also participates in national and state reminder systems and registers such as Victorian Cytology (Pap Screen) Registry and Childhood Immunisation Registry. These systems are voluntary and if you do not wish to receive a reminder for your health checks please inform staff and clinic records will be updated to reflect this request.
Pre Employment Medical Examinations
Pre employment medical examinations are available for the convenience of employers and employees and do incur a fee. This fee may also apply to Centrelink Forms, Drivers Licence Renewal and Insurance Forms.
Workcover Consultations
Do you have a claim number for your workcover?
Without a valid claim number all workcover consultations are to be paid by the patient by either Cash, eftpos or Credit Card.
Cost to be advised at the time of consultation.
If you do have a claim number please let the receptionist know at the time of booking for your appointment. |
